Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jampee! For whatever reason, if you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unused items qualify for a full refund of the purchase amount. Customers returning used items will receive a 50% refund of the total paid. Postage, handling, and any other costs incurred to return the product(s) are the responsibility of the buyer. Should your product arrive damaged or faulty, you may return your order for a replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.
